ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

  • Only the Submitting Author will receive communication relating to the submitted abstract.

  • The Presenting Author must register and attend (in person or online). 

  • To edit or withdraw an abstract, email conference@aomevents.com quoting your abstract number and title.

SUBMIT YOUR PAPER

To assist with preparing your submission, a range of downloadable templates are available. These provide the required formatting and structure for your full paper and related documents. Please ensure your paper aligns with these guidelines prior to submission. Video guides have also been provided to help you to prepare your paper as well as your oral presentation or poster.

An email would have been sent to you from conference@aomevents.com that contains a personalised link to the Paper Submission Portal. You will need this link to access the portal and upload your paper.

 

When ready to upload your paper, navigate to the ‘Upload Paper(s) & Check Abstract’ tab within the portal, click ‘Edit’, then ‘Browse’ to select your file and ‘Upload’ to submit it as a PDF. Once successfully uploaded, a green tick will appear next to ‘Paper Submission’.

 

You are also required to review your abstract to ensure it aligns with your full paper, as this will be published in the Abstract Book. To do so, click ‘Edit’, update your presenting author biography if required, and revise your abstract as needed. The ‘Check’ tab will highlight any incomplete sections before you click ‘Submit’ to finalise your updates.

 

Please note that your submission(s) and their current status can be viewed within the portal. You may continue to edit your abstract and re-upload your paper up until the relevant paper submission deadline. If you wish to withdraw your abstract, please contact conference@aomevents.com.

 

Once a green tick appears next to ‘Paper Submission’, no further action is required at this stage. Please note that you will not receive a confirmation email once your paper is uploaded. This means you can edit and re-upload your paper up until the relevant paper submission deadline. Once the relevant submission deadline has passed, you will receive an email confirming your submission has been received.

6 May 2026 (deadline extended) – Deadline for Paper Submission (unassessed)
From Mid-May 2026 – Paper Notification
15 March 2026 – Deadline for Early Bird Registration
1 August 2026 – Deadline for On-Time Registration

PUBLISHING OF ABSTRACTS & PAPERS

Accepted abstracts will be included in Congress proceedings (Book of Abstracts) online and in print. Subsequently submitted and accepted papers work will be included in the I-INCE USA Digital Library.
